Welcome to Spot Bench. By accessing or using our counter repair appraisal and precious-metal workshop tools, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Trade Bench Software & Scope

Spot Bench is designed specifically for trade repair counters, bench goldsmiths, and appraisal technicians. Tools include spot metal calculations, dated customer tear-sheets, and loupe take-in records.

2. Pricing, Billings & 0% Transaction Cut

Spot Bench charges a transparent monthly subscription fee for saved rates and advanced bench tools ($19/mo). We operate with a strict direct bench policy. We take zero cuts, fees, or percentages from your repair billing or retail appraisals.

3. 2-Click Cancellation

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time with a frictionless 2-click cancellation directly inside your account billing settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of the paid billing cycle without hidden penalties or retention hurdles.

4. Complete Data Ownership

Your shop maintains absolute data ownership over all counter formulas, repair tickets, customer intake records, and appraisal sheets. You may export your entire catalog and history via 1-click CSV export at any time.
